Collaborating Real Time
Learn to collaborate with a company or a partner on a real challenge.
You will learn how to research and communicate through design methods and involve the client during their process.
You will train to re-frame the challenge question, based on research insights and new ways of analysing the problem, and present your arguments. It is important that you are open to feedback from the client, and consider their perspectives.
You will facilitate creative sessions with the client and other stakeholders, and be able to document the process and have a reflection on facilitator roles and methods as well as project management.
