Well-being Workshop

The purpose of this PhD course is to address the balance between well-being and stress in the research process.

With a starting point in your own experiences, we work with themes such as: symptoms and sources of stress, coping strategies, work-life balance, how scientific doubt can be turned into a strength and how to get DEEP work done and transform writing into a practice that supports your well-being instead of inducing stress. The day alternates between smaller presentations, plenary discussions and group work.

Programme

09.30 – 10.45 Setting the scene

  • Opening exercise; challenges, worries and best practices in the PhD process
