Are you a student or employee at Kolding School of Design? Here's a list with quick links to some of the most used systems.
For students
- Cyberpilot
With Cyberpilot you can expand your knowledge and train your awareness regarding basic IT security and help protect Kolding School of Design against cyber attacks as well as reduce the risk of errors and data breaches.
- DSKD Library Portal
The Library portal gives you access to books, reference books, journals, design method cards, PhD dissertations including Design School Kolding publications.
- ItsLearning
ItsLearning is Kolding School of Design's shared learning management system, which is used for teaching material, activities and communication between teachers and students.
- FileSender
FileSender is a service that makes it possible to transfer files that are too large to simply be attached to an email.
- Office 365
Mail, calendars and meeting arrangements. Word processing, spreadsheets and presentations. With the Office package, you have everything under control.
- STADS selvbetjening
STADS stands for STudyADministrative System - and you use it when you need to print enrollment confirmations and your grade transcripts.

- TimeEdit
TimeEdit is the system that Kolding School of Design uses to plan timetables and book rooms. It is also the system where you access your timetable.
- WISEflow
WISEflow is Kolding School of Design's digital exam system, which supports the entire exam process before, during and after the exam. All exams are created in WISEflow, regardless of format, so that you can get an overview of the semester's exams. Assessments are also given in WISEflow.
For staff

- mTIME
mTIME is Kolding School of Design's time registration system. Here, you register hours and absences. With the app for mTIME, you can easily keep track of your day when you're on the go.

- RejsUd
In RejsUd, you can create travel invoices and calculate hourly/per diem allowances and allowances, as well as import expenses paid with credit cards subject to institutional charges and specify cash outlays for expenses for, for example, meeting catering.
- TimeEdit
TimeEdit is the system that Kolding School of Design uses to plan timetables and book rooms. As an employee, you can book meeting rooms, while teaching rooms are booked by the student administration in connection with planning the timetable. It is also in this system that the students see their timetable.
