Fine Craft

Fine Craft Studio has roots in accessory design, where you primarily work with metals, but also have the opportunity to experiment with alternative materials.

Fine Craft Studio

Our focus is on creating objects close to the body, and you learn traditional goldsmithing techniques combined with experimental technologies and techniques.

Your projects will reflect interplay between analogue design and the latest digital technologies in combination with basic professional techniques. This approach strengthens your creativity and prepares you for the future job market.

In the Fine Craft Studio, you develop skills in physical modelling, design, and prototype development, which gives you a broad knowledge of materials. There is a focus on craftsmanship, and you work with hand tools, traditional hand crank machines, and new industrial machines.

The possibilities are many, and we do not only facilitate the manufacture of jewellery. You will also be able to work with hardware for bags, eyeglass frames and experiment with technological wearables. Sustainability and aesthetics are key elements in our teaching, and together we create the designers of the future.
