Visit by acknowledged designer

Design School Kolding has the pleasure of welcoming Lynda Grose from California College of the Arts.
By Marianne Baggesen Hilger

The two-week visit is organised by Vibeke Riisberg, associate professor at design School Kolding. She has worked with Lynda Grose on various projects since the 1990s and is proud and happy about the visit:

-Lynda is an associate professor at California College of the Arts in San Francisco and is not doing any research of her own this semester. It is truly an honour that she has decided to spend two weeks here at Design School Kolding. During her time here we will test some ideas together with the workshop managers and arrange debates with students and staff.

As a practicing designer, consultant, and educator, Grose works with clients across all sectors of the economy; from private businesses to nonprofit organizations and governments and from designers to artisans and farmers. Grose sees design as a force that can help give form to a sustainable society and is passionate about emergent roles for designers working in this context.

Masterclass
On 29 April, Lynda Grose will give a talk at a masterclass organised by Design School Kolding and Innonetlifestyle. Read more about the event
