Thinking of studying design in Denmark?

Design School Kolding is reviewing applications
By Katrine Worsøe

If you dream of a career in design, now is your chance. Design School Kolding is reviewing applications for the BA programme (deadline 15 March at 12 noon) and the MA programme (deadline 1 May at 12 noon). We offer programmes in Communication Design, Industrial Design, Fashion & Textile Design, and Accessory Design (Accessory Design is currently only available on BA level. We invite applications to the Accessory Design MA programme in 2017).

Did you miss the open house event?
Around 800 people stopped by when Design School Kolding hosted its annual open house event. If you missed this chance to experience the school from within, do not despair. We caught up with the heads of subject and asked them to share some information about their respective programmes.

The films centre mainly on the BA programmes. The films on Communication Design, Industrial Design and Fashion Design are available in English because our heads of subject within these fields have an international background.

Please note that in order to apply for our BA programme you have to be proficient in Danish. The MA programme is in English.

“You have to be open. You have to be able to shoot questions. You have to be curious. And you have to be aware that design is not about yourself. It is about helping people or servicing. You have to have some empathy. Stephan Saaltink”
