Background
We eat more meat than ever, and leather from animals is buried instead of being used as a maintenance-free material. This project concretizes circular design strategies to help consumers distinguish between sustainability and greenwashing.

Use, Disassemble, Repair, Reassemble, Use Again

By analyzing over 170 historical bags and women's handbags from various countries, the designer has developed strategies focused on SDG 12. The project promotes products that can be disassembled, repaired, and reassembled, reducing the need for new materials. It challenges the use of 'vegan leather,' which is often less durable and environmentally friendly.
