This interdisciplinary project is tackling the challenge of getting children aged 3 to 7 to embrace a wider variety of fruits and vegetables.

Designing healthy habits

Combining insights from nutrition, anthropology, and food psychology, the project has developed engaging educational tools to reduce food pickiness and ease parental stress. By making healthy foods fun and interactive, this approach promises to foster better eating habits among young children, potentially setting the foundation for a healthier future.
