Background
In a collaboration with Kolding Library, Karoline Lind Bøttern explores how the atmosphere and interior design of a space can stimulate our sensory awareness and promote the expression of creativity, imagination and ingenuity.
A sensory space that stimulates creativity
She works at both a physiological and a psychological plane as she uses colours and textiles to establish a connection between person and space. Her project also challenges our contemporary sterile, mass-produced architectural style.
