Through speculative design, the designer has explored a future where tattoos, in addition to being fashion statements, are also functional and can strengthen the awareness that man and nature cannot be separated. Tattoos are suggested as a means of sustainable development in view of current man-made challenges such as soil pollution using tattoo inks, which help to break down the body after life and nourish the earth.
