“Why Waste” transforms textile waste into unique fashion collections. The concept aims to reduce textile overproduction and reuse materials that would otherwise be considered waste. By utilising offcuts and waste from productions in Portugal, the project contributes to a more sustainable fashion industry. “Why Waste” supports the EU’s textile strategy and promotes circular business models that make a difference for both the environment and consumers.
