WHAT?
Imagine that your next car was a bicycle! But are you ready to say goodbye to the comfort, speed and practical design of the car? This velomobile is an electric-powered recumbent bike, in which the designer investigates how many of the car's properties you can transfer to a bike.

HOW?
The bike is encapsulated in an aerodynamic cabin that protects the rider from wind and weather. It runs on a powerful electric battery and also converts the user's pedal power to speed. The cabin is made of spray-painted aluminium, and has a practical luggage compartment instead of a luggage carrier.

WHY?
The battle for space in the urban environment is fierce, and parking lots are some of the biggest culprits when it comes to seizing attractive square footage in the city. With velomobiles, this scenario will change and the space will be free for a more attractive city life.
