Stirring up conventional thinking

Thomas Rahbek addresses that question in his project by using a new, sustainable biocomposite for a familiar product and an abstract work of art. The new material consists of coffee grounds, pulverized orange peel and gelatine, and Thomas Rahbek manifests its potentials in such disparate products as a sideboard and an abstract composition on a canvas.
