Background
How can we bring soul and life to community centres in rural areas? Inspired by folk art, ornamentation, scenography, and street art, Emma Roelsgaard Torp has created a visual experience.
It’s here that we meet
Cold, empty surfaces are transformed into vibrant stories through paintings, drawings, and decorated everyday objects. Her work revitalizes these community centres, making them attractive gathering places, while enhancing visual diversity and highlighting local identity. The project demonstrates that aesthetic surroundings can strengthen the community and improve quality of life.
