Background
Sex toys are typically divided into man, woman and couples instead of genitalia. That makes it difficult, for example, for a transgender man with a vulva to relate to the product or the marketing material.
Gender-neutral sex toys
To address this issue, Tutte Dohn Murmann worked with www.peech.dk to design a gender-neutral vibrator with an accompanying manual that encourages a person with a vulva to enjoy their body without shame. The use of the vibrator is open to interpretation, and it has different surfaces and curves to suit different individuals.
