Background
Through storytelling, this LEGO Store experience design aims to build stronger emotional awareness and healthier emotional habits by encouraging the acceptance and sharing of emotions.
Playful involvement
By combining social design and play design as well as participatory and co-design methods, the designer successfully creates playful involvement that is emotionally reinforcing and promotes emotional communication. From a business perspective the experience helps generate a strong bond between the brand and children.
