POP UP

Isabella Nicolaysen has taken this quality one step further and created textiles that move in a quite literal sense. From leftover materials she has created a textile piece equipped with sensors and small motors, so it responds physically to the movement of people passing by. Inspired by origami and pop-up books her vision is to shift our focus from the digital to the analogue to make us curious about the surfaces that surround us.
