Children develop a sense of sustainable food culture
By encouraging schools to build forest gardens the designer offers an alternative teaching environment. Here children can develop a sense of sustainable food culture and experiment with green transformation, while learning to be outdoors in an edible milieu. The project consists of physical material and an online space with teaching resources. Horsens Municipality has funded two experimental school gardens and will encourage all 18 schools in Horsens to follow suit.
