Background
In addition to their aesthetic qualities, the jewellery serves as fundraiser and awareness items, which are meant to support the struggle for clean drinking water for children in particular.
Silver that Holds Water
Through her silver jewellery collection accessory designer Sara M. Dalsager conveys an organic and positive narrative about the value of water, which also focusses on the need for sustainable material selection and production conditions in the jewellery industry – for example by addressing pollution problems associated with gilding.
